VIMPOL is a customs broker and customs agent that supports cargo across the whole route, not just at a single border.

From our offices we handle import and export declarations, T1/T2 transit, ENS, GMR, ELO and CHED for carriers, freight forwarders and cargo owners across Europe.

Our Story

  • VIMPOL was founded in 2024 to give carriers and cargo owners complete customs support on the route between Poland and Ukraine, in both directions. As new routes opened up, we extended our customs services to the United Kingdom, and then to Slovakia and Hungary.
  • Today we also open transit from warehouses, seaports and airports in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries, including for goods arriving by sea and air from the USA, China and other third countries. Our specialists bring more than 20 years of experience in customs procedures and international transport.
  • We follow every change in customs legislation and new requirements closely. When procedures change, we adapt straight away and keep our clients' goods moving under the new rules.
