Our Mission

VIMPOL exists to take the uncertainty out of crossing borders. We handle import, export and T1/T2 transit procedures, as well as ENS and other documents required for moving goods across borders. We support businesses, cargo owners, freight forwarders and carriers — from checking documents and preparing customs procedures to communicating with customs authorities and following the shipment through to clearance. Our services are available remotely to companies worldwide, making cooperation simple, flexible and convenient. Wherever you are, our team is always within reach. No shipment is "routine" to us — each one is checked, filed correctly the first time, and followed through to clearance.

We file customs declarations for export, import and transit, and handle the related veterinary and phytosanitary procedures. From the first checkpoint to final clearance, we guide you every step of the way with ongoing support, and deal with customs authorities and veterinary and phytosanitary services on your behalf.

T1/T2 Transit Declarations Across Europe

We file transit declarations (T1/T2) at European border crossings, customs warehouses and temporary storage facilities, as well as at port and airport warehouses. Your goods move on under customs control to their final destination, with the transit opened and closed in NCTS.

Sensitive Cargo

When a shipment needs more than a standard declaration

Some shipments call for additional customs formalities and controls. We handle goods subject to veterinary and phytosanitary checks, dangerous goods, goods requiring an import or export licence and shipments that need a high customs guarantee. We also take on rare cases, from specialised commercial consignments to the customs clearance of aircraft as goods.

PROCEDURES

Not every consignment clears on an invoice and a CMR. Safety declarations, border movement references, veterinary and phytosanitary controls, VAT schemes — we file them as part of the job, in Poland, the UK, Hungary and Slovakia. You don't have to be in the country where the procedure takes place: importers, exporters, carriers and forwarders all can work with us remotely.

Import Declarations
Standard, 42 and 33a

We file import declarations in Poland and the UK in all three forms — standard clearance, customs procedure 42, and VAT settled under article 33a. Which one works out best depends on your business, and we go through that at the consultation

Export Declarations
Out of Poland and the UK

We prepare export declarations for goods leaving through Poland or Britain, to any destination, including the confirmation of exit your accounts will need afterwards.

Transit
T1 & T2

T1 for goods that don't hold Union status, T2 where that status has to survive a route outside the EU. We open the transit in NCTS and close it at the destination office.

GMR & ELO
Crossing Documents

Lorries heading to Britain need a Goods Movement Reference through GVMS; those routed through France need an ELO. We prepare both, along with the accompanying documents, before your driver reaches the port. Northern Ireland movements are covered on request.

CHED
documentations

Food, plants, products of animal origin and other controlled goods may require additional checks at the border. We prepare CHED documentation and deal with the relevant inspection services on your behalf.

ENS (ICS2)
Safety Declarations

Goods entering the EU must be declared before they arrive. We file entry summary declarations under ICS2 — ENS at the Hungarian border, PCV in Slovakia, where it comes included with the transit rather than billed on top.
