Full Customs Support in Poland

Poland is our home base. From our head office in Białystok and our office at the Korczowa border crossing, we handle import and export customs procedures across the country. For imports, we work with standard clearance, customs procedure 42 and VAT settlement under Article 33a, helping you choose the right option for your shipment. We also open T1/T2 transit in NCTS, both at border crossings and from inland customs offices, including ports, airports and customs warehouses. For goods requiring additional controls, we arrange the related formalities, including CHED, veterinary, phytosanitary and sanitary inspections. Our team coordinates the process with the relevant authorities and supports you throughout the procedure.

UK Customs Services near Dover

Our office in Ashford, Kent, is a short drive from the Port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel. We file UK import, export, ENS safety and security and T1/T2 transit declarations, obtain the Goods Movement Reference in GVMS and the ELO for routes through France, and prepare the documents that travel with the lorry. For goods of animal and plant origin arriving in the EU we submit CHED notifications and keep in touch with the veterinary and phytosanitary services. For Northern Ireland we issue the GMR and the PBN. Other procedures on that route are agreed case by case.

T1 Transit and ENS at the Hungarian Border

Carriers coming from Ukraine often prefer to open transit at the EU border rather than before departure. We open T1 or T2 in NCTS on the Hungarian side, and the goods then travel under customs control to the office of destination. Before the lorry arrives, we lodge the entry summary declaration in ICS2, so the safety data is already with customs when it reaches the border.

  • ENS filing in ICS2
  • T1 transit opened at the border
  • T2 transit from Hungarian customs offices

Border Transit with PCV Included

Slovakia is the second route our Ukrainian clients use when they want the transit opened on the EU side. We open T1 at the Slovak border crossing, and the goods move under customs control to the office of destination. The PCV, the Slovak entry summary declaration, is filed before arrival and is included in the price of the transit at no extra charge. We can also file the PCV on its own for carriers who already have their transit arranged. For shipments on wooden pallets, crates or other wood packaging that need phytosanitary formalities, we also prepare CHED-PP documentation.

  • PCV (ENS) filing
  • T1 transit with PCV included
  • CHED-PP for wooden packaging

Customs Support on Request

Procedures in these countries vary widely, so we don't offer a standard package here. Send us your route and cargo details, and we'll check the local requirements and confirm how we can handle your shipment.

Complex &
Controlled Goods

Goods that fall under excise, licensing or border inspection need extra permits, checks and security, and many customs brokers simply turn them down. We take them on. Our customs guarantee of over €110,000,000 covers consignments where the duties and taxes at stake are high, and our team knows the paperwork each category calls for. Below are the goods we handle most often, but the list doesn't end there: if yours isn't on it, just ask.
